Term & Conditions:
Full Payment must be received at least 4 business days before the hire.
Cancellation:
You must notify KINFOLK STUDIO at the earliest if you wish to cancel your booking. The following cancellation fees will apply;
i. Less than 24 hours prior to the Hire Date: 75% of the Hiring Charges.
ii. Within 2 business days of the Hire Date: 50% of the Hiring Charges.
iii. Within 4 business days of the Hire Date: 25% of the Hiring Charges.
iv. For all other cancellations: the balance of any Hiring Charges (less a $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded in full.
At the time of hiring the studio, please ensure you have the required insurance coverage including but not limited to ongoing public liability insurance cover, insurance for your personal equipment and personal property, including that of your clients’, associated personnel and other third party individuals.. You agree to indemnify KINFOLK STUDIO against any cost including legal costs, damages, payments, fines, or interests KINFOLK STUDIO may incur as a result of a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Studio by you or your personnel or guests (reasonable wear and tear excepted). KINFOLK STUDIO reserves the right to invoice you to recover any costs associated for the assessment, repair and/or restoration in accordance with these Terms.
You must ensure all measures are taken to avoid damaging or permanently leaving markings within the Studio including but not limited to walls, floors or the cyclorama.
You must ensure the Studio is left clean and organised and in the same condition as found, excluding reasonable wear and tear. A cleaning fee will be applicable if KINFOLK STUDIO determines the Studio to be in an excessively unacceptable condition (as determined by us at our sole discretion).
KINFOLK STUDIO follows all cleaning and disinfecting measures before every standard hire.
